The Project
Lethal Graphics had the privilege to work with Sylvia Giacci, Director of ‘The Dreamtime Project’ in Perth. Former model and advocate for Aboriginal women, Sylvia Giacci, initiated the Dreamtime Project. Her idea was to engage girls in an area she knew well and knew girls were drawn to, to drive an empowerment project.
The Dreamtime Projects mission is to empower and create opportunities for Indigenous Youth in the fashion industry.
Lethal Graphics were asked to design a corporate brochure outlining the key areas and what The Dreamtime Project is all about.
From a design perspective, Lethal Graphics wanted to retain the traditional indigenous culture through the use of dot patterns and elements, but also knowing The Dreamtime Project is primarily involved in the fashion industry, we needed to be as innovative and creative as possible and still retain a cultural feel to the brochure.
The end result reveals a sophisticated, classy brochure that promotes The Dreamtime Project as a professional, stylish and innovative company for Indigenous youth.
I required a graphic artist who was innovative and who was able to translate the brand of The Dreamtime Project in a creative way. Lethal Graphics did an outstanding job and whenever I present the company brochure the first word a client says is WOW!
